Before we left Edinburgh we spotted yo sushi and decided to have a nibble in remembrance of a great holiday in Japan last year. We we also remembering the friendly people and the warm welcome we received everywhere. We look back on our Japan experience with a sense of privilege and a longing to go back. But looking forward ..............
