Bit of a strange day really - Dad started off with a hotel fish spa - but the fish refused! We hung about then decided to do something adventurous and got us a kayak. We paddled with great timing around the lagoons and canals - avoiding maniacs on jet skis and the local ferry - good fun! We then got a minibus to Phuket - slightly less manic than Patong beach but everybody had something they wanted to sell. Made a few selective purchases - including Mum's speed boating gear for Sunday - wait till you see what six pounds can buy in Phuket although the T shirt guy refused to haggle! Returned to hotel - had dinner - went to bed - up early for James Bond Island - now there's a story to tell!!!!
